Property Agency is the sales and leasing front office: CRM opportunities, sale and rent listings, calendar viewings, offers, reservation quotations, and agent commissions. This purchase also includes Property Management for the same Odoo version, so you can install both. Published listings appear at /properties. If you only need portfolio, leases, rent, and facility, buy Property Management on its own.

An accepted sale offer can create a reservation quotation. A rent offer can create a lease on the unit, then you confirm that lease in Property Management.

Listings can be published to the website at /properties and /properties/<slug>. The detail page has an enquiry form that creates a CRM lead. The Agency Control Tower shows open opportunities, today's viewings, offers, and commissions, with shortcuts back to the Property board.

Compatibility

Odoo 19 Community or Enterprise. Hard depends on pys_property_management, plus crm, sale_crm, sale_management, website, website_crm, utm. Install Property Management first. Uses native crm.lead (no custom lead model). Viewings are calendar.event. Sale reservation uses sale.order. Website catalog is /properties. Enquiry form writes crm.lead. No MLS connectors.
