We operate as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms ("Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Pysquad Informatics, concerning your access to and use of the Services.

By accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms or documents may be posted on the Services are incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications at any time. We will alert you about these changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms to stay informed of updates.

You will be deemed to have accepted the changes by continued use after such revised Legal Terms are posted.

1. OUR SERVICES

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms.
• You are not a minor in your jurisdiction.
• You will not access via automated/non-human means, like a bot/script.
• You will not use for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any false, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete info, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access/use the Services for any purpose except those for which we make them available. Not for any commercial endeavors except those we specifically approve. You agree NOT to:

• Systematically retrieve data/content to create/compile a collection/database/directory without written permission.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us or users (e.g., for passwords).
• Circumvent/disable/security-related features/limitations.
• Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm us/Services.
• Use any info from Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Make improper use of support services or submit false abuse reports.
• Use Services in a manner inconsistent with laws/regulations.
• Engage in unauthorized framing or linking.
• Upload/transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or excessive spam or content that disrupts/interferes/modifies/enjoyment or operation/maintenance of Services.
• Automated use (scripts, robots, data mining, extraction) or scripts to send comments/messages.
• Delete copyright/proprietary notices from Content.
• Impersonate another user/person or use the username of another user.
• Upload/transmit any mechanism (like gifs, web bugs, cookies, spyware) for passive/active info collection/transmission.
• Interfere/disrupt/create undue burden on Services/networks.
• Harass/annoy/intimidate/threaten our employees or agents.
• Attempt to bypass any access measures.
• Copy/adapt Services' software (Flash, PHP, HTML, JS, or code).
• Decipher/decompile/disassemble/reverse-engineer any Services software (unless permitted by law).
• Use, launch, develop, distribute any automated system (spider, scraper, offline reader) not standard search/browsers, or unauthorized script/software.
• Use a buying/purchasing agent in Services.
• Make unauthorized use, collect usernames/email addresses, create accounts by automated means or false pretenses.
• Use Services as part of any effort to compete with us or for any revenue-generating or commercial enterprise.

5. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

Services does not offer users to submit or post content. However, you may be able to create/submit/post/display/transmit content/material (text, writings, video, audio, photos, graphics, comments, suggestions, personal information, etc. "Contributions"). Contributions may be viewable by other users through third-party websites. When you create or make Contributions, you warrant you have the necessary rights and it's not confidential or infringing.

6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You and Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any info and personal data that you provide, including settings.
By submitting suggestions/feedback, you agree we can use/share such feedback for any purpose (no compensation).
We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions; you retain full ownership and any IP or proprietary rights.
We are not liable for statements/representations in your Contributions. You agree to exonerate us and refrain from any legal action about your Contributions.

7. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right (but not obligation) to:

• Monitor the Services for violations.
• Take legal action against violators (including reporting to authorities).
• Restrict/disable/refuse availability of Contributions or content (in our sole discretion).
• Remove/disable excessive files/content burdensome to our systems (in our sole discretion).
• Otherwise manage Services to protect our rights and property and facilitate proper functioning.

8. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use Services. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ACCESS/USE (INCLUDING BLOCKING IPs), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON (OR NO REASON), INCLUDING BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT OR LAW. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION OR DELETE ANY CONTENT/INFO AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
If we terminate/suspend your account, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

9. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove contents of Services at any time/for any reason (no notice required). We have no obligation to update any info. We are not liable for modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.
We cannot guarantee Services will be available at all times. Hardware, software, or maintenance may result in interruptions/errors. We are not liable for any inconvenience/loss from such downtime or discontinuance. Nothing in these Terms obligates us to maintain/support Services or supply corrections/updates/releases.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of India. PySquad Informatics and you irrevocably consent that the courts of Ahmedabad have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute.

We may correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (descriptions, pricing, etc.) and update info at any time, without notice.

13. DISCLAIMER

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE. YOU AGREE USE IS AT SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS/IMPLIED), INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY ABOUT ACCURACY/COMPLETENESS OF SERVICES CONTENT OR ANY WEBSITES LINKED, AND ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR: (1) ERRORS/INACCURACIES; (2) PERSONAL INJURY/PROPERTY DAMAGE FROM ACCESS/USE; (3) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS/USE OF SECURE SERVERS/INFO; (4) INTERRUPTIONS/CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION; (5) BUGS/VIRUSES/TROJANS TRANSMITTED BY THIRD PARTY; (6) ERRORS/OMISSIONS IN CONTENT OR FOR LOSS/DAMAGE RESULTING FROM USE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT/ENDORSE/GUARANTEE ANY PRODUCT/SERVICE ADVERTISED BY THIRD PARTY THROUGH SERVICES OR BANNERS OR THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER TRANSACTIONS.

14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS/EMPLOYEES/AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, REVENUE, DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES FROM YOUR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF POSSIBILITY. OUR LIABILITY IS ALWAYS LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF AMOUNT PAID BY YOU. SOME LAWS MAY PROVIDE EXTRA RIGHTS, SO LIMITS/DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend/indemnify/hold us harmless (including subsidiaries/affiliates/officers/employees) against any loss/damage/liability/claim/demand (including attorneys' fees) made by any third party from: (1) your use; (2) breach of these Terms; (3) breach of your representations/warranties; (4) violation of third party rights; (5) any overt harmful act to any user connected via the Services.
We reserve the right (at your expense) to assume exclusive defense/control of any matter; you agree to cooperate with our defense. We will notify you of any such claim/action/proceeding regarding indemnification.

16. USER DATA

We will maintain certain data that you transmit for performance management, and data relating to your use. Though we perform backups, you are solely responsible for all data; we have no liability for any loss or corruption.

17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

Visiting Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to this and agree all agreements, notices, disclosures, etc. provided electronically satisfy legal writing requirements. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES/POLICIES/RECORDS/TRANSACTIONS. You waive any rights requiring original signature, delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or payments other than electronically.

18. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms and any policies/rules posted by us on Services are the entire agreement. Our failure to exercise/enforce any right does not operate as waiver. We may assign any/all rights/obligations at any time. Not liable for loss/damage/delay/failure caused by any cause beyond reasonable control. If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it is severed and does not affect remaining provisions. No joint venture/partnership/employment/agency relationship is created. These Terms will not be construed against us for having drafted. You waive all electronic form defenses and lack of signing.
