Sports Facility Booking is an Odoo 19 module for venues that rent courts, turfs, grounds, or halls by the hour. It manages slots, booking requests, staff check in, and sales inside Odoo.
Set up facilities and time slots
Record each facility’s type, capacity, location, and amenities. Set weekly hours, generate slots for a date range, and block time for maintenance or private events.
Manage booking requests
Customers sign in to the portal, choose a slot, and submit a request. Staff confirm requests. Pending and confirmed bookings hold the slot, preventing another reservation for the same time. Portal users can cancel or reschedule under the configured policy.
Configure pricing and memberships
Set a base slot price with rules for evenings, weekends, discounts, or customer tags. Optional last minute promotions can adjust available slots. Regular customers can use prepaid credit packs or time limited unlimited memberships.
Support staff and accounting
Staff can view the daily schedule, check visitors in, and block slots. Bookings can create quotations and invoices through Odoo Sales and Accounting. This module does not add Razorpay or UPI payment gateways by itself.
Review facility utilization
Use booking dashboards, occupancy analysis, slot utilization, peak demand information, and daily summary PDF reports.

Sports Facility Booking works with Odoo 19 Community and Enterprise on supported Odoo.sh and self hosted environments. With the Odoo Website app installed, your customers can sign in to the portal, request available time slots, and manage their bookings. Your staff stays in control of booking confirmation, check in, and related sales documents.
