Pharma Manufacturing ERP extends Odoo Inventory and Manufacturing for pharmaceutical plants. Stock moves, lots, FEFO, manufacturing orders, scrap, and costing stay on standard Odoo. The suite adds pharma product masters, lot quality status, genealogy, batch records from approved master formulas, cleaning, line clearance, and quality release.
Inventory. Classify products such as API, excipient, bulk, finished goods, packaging, and related types, with dosage form, sterile flag, hazard, and storage class. Each lot has a quality status (for example under test, quarantined, released, rejected, blocked, expired, or retest due) that is separate from where the stock sits. Status changes are logged. You can block use or delivery of expired, retest-due, or rejected lots, and move stock to quarantine when needed. Genealogy supports reverse recall to input lots.
Manufacturing. Approved master formula revisions are frozen. Confirming a batch stores a batch record snapshot and links native manufacturing orders. Support standard, rework, repack, validation, and media-fill batches. Record process and in-process checks, reconcile yield against allowable limits, print the batch record, and optionally block start until cleaning and line clearance are done. Equipment and work centers track clean status.
Quality. Specifications, methods, samples, and checks feed batch release. Deviations can open lite CAPA. Lite change control covers formula, specification, and process changes. Release can require a second QA countersign. The Certificate of Analysis prints from values frozen at release. SDS documents follow a revision lifecycle. Environmental monitoring records room grade and organism counts against limits; excursions can open a deviation. Stability exists as a sample and check type, not a full chamber study program. Each area has a Control Tower with queues you can open. Settings switches turn genealogy, segregation, release gates, cleaning, CAPA, and dual release on or off.
