Pet Care Management is an Odoo 19 app for grooming salons and small pet care shops that need pet records, staff scheduling, and appointment management in one system.
Manage pet and owner records
Keep each pet’s species, breed, photo, medical notes, microchip, allergies, medications, temperament, and branch with the owner record in Odoo Contacts.
Schedule services and staff
Configure services as products with duration and category, assign staff and branch, and generate appointment slots from employee working schedules. Staff can confirm, start, complete, reschedule, or cancel an appointment.
Offer website appointment booking
Publish a service catalog by branch. Customers must sign in before booking, then use the portal to view appointment history, cancel visits, submit reviews, and pay when an invoice exists.
Handle quotations and follow-ups
Create a quotation from an appointment, confirm it as a sales order, and create the invoice from that order. Confirmation and pre-visit reminder emails support customer follow-up.
Support multiple branches and optional vaccinations
Use branch permissions, a branch switcher, appointment dashboards, and analysis reports across locations. Vaccination records and printable PDFs are available when enabled in settings.
Compatibility and scope
The app supports Odoo 19 Community and Enterprise on Odoo.sh or on-premise. It depends on Sales, Invoicing, Website, Portal, Calendar, Employees, and Product. Booking requires a signed-in website user. The app is not a full veterinary hospital record system or boarding kennel ledger.
