NIVA AI Chatbot Integration connects your Odoo website and ERP to NIVA. The chatbot runs on NIVA. This module embeds the widget and helps you finish the ERP link. You need a NIVA account and the Website app.
Website chatbot. In NIVA Botmaster, copy the embed snippet and allow your website domain. In Odoo, open NIVA settings, choose the website, turn on Enable NIVA Chatbot, and paste the snippet. Widget URL and public bot key fill in automatically. You can also type those two fields yourself. After Save, the chat button appears on public pages (not inside the website editor or translation mode). Multi-website setups keep a separate snippet per website.
ERP connection. On the same settings page, copy Odoo URL, database name, and username. Generate an API key for the Odoo user, then open Botmaster and connect Odoo with those values. In Botmaster, turn on the components you want (for example CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, HR) and decide which actions may write. Start read-only. Pausing ERP is done in Botmaster; turning off the website widget only removes the chat from that site.
