Manage patient appointments and the daily queue
Register patients with medical history, relatives, and documents. Set weekly schedules and leave for regular and visiting doctors. Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments with conflict checks. Reception can track token order on the queue board and place full days on a waitlist. Public website booking can be enabled, with optional reception approval, while signed in patients can use the portal.
Record consultations and prescriptions
Create visits with vital signs, SOAP style consultation notes, and attachments. Prepare prescriptions and print visit summaries for patient records.
Connect billing and lab orders
Build clinic charges from visits, services, prescriptions, and lab orders. Configured insurance coverage percentages can split the patient and insurer shares, and invoices are posted through Odoo Accounting. Lab orders accept uploaded results and can be linked to billing.
Coordinate rooms and review operations
Allocate wards, rooms, and beds for short clinic stays. The operations dashboard summarizes queue activity, key performance indicators, and common actions. Email appointment reminders can be configured in settings.
