Clinic Management helps single-doctor and small multi-doctor clinics run appointments, consultations, billing, and light inpatient room use in Odoo. It works with Contacts, Accounting, Portal, and Website.
Patients and scheduling. Register patients with medical history, relatives, and documents. Set doctor weekly schedules and leaves, including visiting doctors. Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments with conflict checks. Manage the daily token queue on a kanban board, and use a waitlist when the day is full. Public booking is available on the website; portal booking is available after login. You can require approval before public bookings are confirmed.
Visits, prescriptions, and lab. Open a consultation visit with vitals, SOAP-style notes, and attachments. Create prescriptions and print visit summaries. Lab orders support result upload and can link into billing. Medicine and service catalogs support charges and prescription lines; this is not a full pharmacy warehouse system.
Billing, rooms, and portal. Clinic billing can split an insurance coverage percent and create the patient invoice in Accounting. Optional settings auto-create billing when a visit is finished. Ward, room, and bed masters support room allocation and transfer for short stays. The operations dashboard shows queue pulse, KPIs, and quick actions. Patients use the portal for appointments, booking, and related history. Appointment email reminders are configurable in settings.
