PySquad NGO ERP Suite is built for nonprofits that need one Odoo system for fundraising, grants, program delivery, and impact reporting. Donors, restricted funds, implementing partners, and field records sit on the same grant and program, so board and donor questions are answered from live data.
What you run in Odoo
- Fundraising — donor commitments, campaigns, segments, receipts, statements, and website donations.
- Grants — award to closeout, milestones, compliance checklists, sub-awards, and audit bundles.
- Programs and projects — strategic programs, Odoo Projects linked to grants, and logframe goals (impact → outcome → output).
- Communities and M&E — communities, households, beneficiaries, service events, indicators, lessons, evaluations, and accountability.
- Finance — grant budget vs actuals from posted entries, purchase and expense tagging, over-spend controls.
Accountability without extra tools
Apply reusable compliance templates to grants. Export audit bundles scoped by grant and date. Print portfolio, grant pack, donor statement, sector reach, program scorecard, logframe, and meal-pack PDFs from a shared report layout. Optional weekly board and donor stewardship email digests.
Portals
Implementing partners can open sub-award agreements in the portal. Donors can see giving history. Online donations can designate a campaign or program when Website Payment is configured.
What you need in Odoo
Works on Odoo 19 Community and Enterprise, Odoo.sh, and on-premise. Depends on Contacts, Discuss, Portal, Website, Website Payment, Project, Invoicing, Purchase, and Expenses. Optional features (sectors, logframe, MEAL, partner agreements, online giving, audit exports) can be switched in Settings → NGO Suite.
